At the start of the month, the films in the original Blade trilogy all made their way to the Paramount+ streaming lineup. That puts the entire franchise on the same service, which is a rarer occasion than you might think. 1998’s Blade is now on the streamer’s roster, alongside 2002’s Blade II and 2004’s Blade: Trinity.
If you want to watch through the Wesley Snipes Blade movies on Paramount+, you only have a short time to do so. Despite being added to the service on September 1st, they’re going to be exiting at the end of the month.
Another Halloween Picks To Stream on Paramount+
The Blade films aren’t exactly “horror” movies in the traditional sense, but they contain more than enough elements of the genre to make them perfect viewers for comic fans in the months of September and October. That’s especially true of the first two films, which lean heavily on practical blood and vampire lore. And if you recall, Blade II is directed by none other than Guillermo Del Toro, the king of mixing horror and heroes (see also: Hellboy).
