PS5 gamers have gotten our hands on a few former Xbox console exclusives this year, including Helldivers 2 and Gears of War: Reloaded. This is addition to a few new PlayStation exclusives, making it a pretty solid year for PS5 owners. And according to a new rumor, another big Microsoft game might be making its way to PS5 this November – Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
New Rumor Doubles Down on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 For PS5
The Microsoft Flight Simulator series is a longstanding tradition hailing back to the 1980s. It lets gamers fly all manners of aircrafts through a variety of settings, and with the improved graphics, more recent editions really immerse you in the pilot seat. As a Microsoft series, the Flight Simulator games have only ever been available on PC and Xbox consoles. But rumors have been circling a PS5 release of the latest game, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, for a while.
Earlier this year, leaker Nate The Hate suggested we’d be getting a PS5 port of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 sometime this year. He didn’t have a specific date in mind at the time, so the intel was pretty vague. That said, Nate the Hate has one of the better track records out there for reliable info, so his remarks about the port being in progress could be good news for Flight Simulator fans.
Now, a Polish website is reporting that Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is aiming for a November 2025 release on PS5. The site also suggests there will be limited physical copies available, along with speculation about that long-awaited physical release of Oblivion Remastered.
