Expensive $300 Collector’s Edition Revealed for James Bond’s Next Game: Here’s What It Comes With

Videos by ComicBook.com

We just got our first look at the gameplay for 007 First Light, confirming it is definitely a bit of a successor to IO Interactive’s other video game franchise, Hitman. It has a lot of social stealth, allowing Bond to sneak around, sleuth, and use gadgets to complete objectives or distract enemies. However, it also features that over the top action that you’d hope for from a Bond outing, ensuring fans will get to fulfill their fantasies of chasing down the bad guy in an exotic car or battle enemies on a crashing plane.

007 First Light Collector’s Edition and Release Date Revealed

If you’re a fan of James Bond, IO Interactive is offering a pretty lucrative collector’s edition for 007 First Light. The new game will get a $299.99 collector’s edition known as the “Legacy Edition” which packs some physical and digital goodies. The package includes a replica of a golden gun with a display case and stand, a certificate of authenticity, a copy of 007 First Light‘s Deluxe Edition, a steelbook case and a magnet. As for digital goods, you’ll get four outfits, a gun skin, and some other in-game items as part of the Deluxe Edition, but the Legacy Edition will also include an in-game golden gun and Obsidian Gold Suit for Bond to wear.

This version will be available for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC, but not the Nintendo Switch 2, unfortunately. To make this deal even better, the Xbox and PS5 versions will come with a disc, meaning you will have a 100% physical collector’s edition. All pre-orders for the base game will be automatically upgraded to the Deluxe Edition for free which will in turn grant them 24 hours of early access to 007 First Light when it releases on March 27th, 2026. It’s a lucrative package for any Bond fan and will likely make for one heck of a collector’s item.

007 First Light will release in March 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
