For those against Mjolnir and the users, beware. For it is a fight that they will not will in almost every case imaginable. As long as it never falls into the wrong hands, the power of Thor is unstoppable. These characters got a slight taste of it and used it poetically.
7) Captain America (Steve Rogers)

While he’s stronger than the average human, Captain America is weaker than mutants of other superheroes. It’s not always about the strength, but his strong character that makes him worthy. Increasing his powers tenfold, Captain America was one of the best to use Mjolnir.
There hasn’t been a better character to use it outside of Thor, outside of Cap. If this were based on personality, he would be the top. Being based on the strength of each character, he’s at the bottom, but that doesn’t knock him even slightly.
6) Storm

In the era when Storm was without her powers, she was briefly gifted Thor’s power. The hammer returns Ororo to her rightful power, but not without its drawbacks, which makes sense since she was given the offer by Loki. For that brief time, Storm returned to her glory and became more powerful on top of that.
While it happened briefly back during the Claremont days, it hasn’t stopped her from using the hammer again in alternate timelines. It’s a great concept to see, and she was one of the best to ever use it. Hopefully, we can see her use it again in the future without the drawbacks.
5) Wonder Woman

You read that correctly, Wonder Woman has used Mjolnir during two different Marvel and DC crossovers. Gaining it from Shazam after he beat Thor, Diana became stronger than ever. As powerful as she is, Mjolnir made her the strongest Amazon to ever live. Making her one of a kind among her people.
Seeing her use it against Thor would be one of the best fights to see in the new crossovers. Then again, Wonder is in her name; she can do anything.
4) Beta Ray Bill

First appearing as a worthy opponent to Thor, Beta Ray Bill was also worthy of Mjolnir right from the start. They two fought but proved their differences right away and sided together. Impressing everyone, Odin granted Bill his own hammer, known as Stormbreaker. Not the movie version of the axe, but the same name.
Proving to be worthy of Thor’s power was unheard of at the time and shaped Bill’s character for years. Now, characters wielding Mjolnir are a dime a dozen; Bill was the first to do so. If he could do it on his first go, you know he’s gotta be incredibly powerful.
